  • Skilled Worker Prioritisation: An immigration system that primarily favours highly skilled workers from the Irish diaspora, as well as from culturally aligned nations within the EU.

  • Temporary Refugee Protection: Shift asylum policy to temporary protection with no automatic path to citizenship; repatriate refugees when it is safe.

  • Re-migration of Welfare Migrants: Implement a re-migration policy for non-contributing welfare migrants, including EU nationals dependent on social welfare.

  • End to extended family reunification.

  • Citizenship Review and Revocation: Conduct comprehensive reviews of recently granted citizenships, revoking those obtained fraudulently or by individuals with criminal backgrounds.

  • No Welfare for New Immigrants: Restrict access to welfare, housing, and free healthcare for all new immigrants for their first five years in Ireland.

  • Strengthened Border Security: Invest in border protection and renegotiate Ireland’s relationship with the EU regarding the free movement of people.

  • Upholding Irish Values and Laws: Enforce strict integration policies and reject any cultural or religious practices that conflict with Irish laws or social cohesion.

  • Defunding Pro-Mass Migration NGOs: Defund and ban NGOs that promote mass migration from influencing government immigration policies.

  • Irish Diaspora Focus: Prioritise the return of the Irish diaspora and offer incentives to those who wish to reintegrate into Irish society.

Core Pillars

1. Controlled and Limited Immigration

  • Immediate end to Mass Migration: Immediate end to mass migration from non-EU countries.

  • Employment First Policy: Ensure Irish citizens receive priority for job opportunities. Immigration will only be allowed where there are clear labour shortages that cannot be filled domestically.

  • Strict and Limited immigration system that prioritises highly skilled workers from nations with cultural similarities to Ireland for jobs that cannot be filled within Ireland. Criteria will include education, work experience, language proficiency, and specific labour market needs.

2. Preservation of National Identity & Culture

  • Mandatory Cultural Integration: Require all immigrants to complete mandatory Irish language and cultural integration courses before they can apply for long-term residency or citizenship.

  • No Parallel Societies: Ban any groups or practices that promote segregation or undermine Irish cultural unity. All immigrant communities must fully integrate into Irish society to prevent the emergence of isolated or radicalised enclaves.

3. Asylum Policy Reform

  • Safe Countries of Origin: Reject asylum applications from individuals who come from, or have passed through safe third countries. Ireland will no longer accept asylum seekers who bypass other safe nations to reach our borders.

  • Temporary Refugee Status: Refugees will only be granted temporary protection. Their status will be regularly reviewed, and they will be repatriated once their home countries are deemed safe.

  • Accelerated Deportation Procedures: Strengthen the deportation process for rejected asylum seekers, ensuring swift removal of those whose claims are denied or who pose a risk to national security.

  • No asylum will be granted to those who are a danger to social cohesion.

4. Citizenship Review and Revocation

  • Comprehensive Citizenship Review: Review all citizenships granted in recent years, focusing on cases involving fraudulent applications or individuals who have failed to integrate.

  • Revocation for Serious or Repeating Offenders: Citizenship will be revoked for individuals involved in serious crimes, including terrorism, organised crime, and repeated offences. These individuals will be deported and barred from re-entering Ireland.

5. Re-migration Program for Non-Contributors

  • Re-migration for Welfare Dependents: Implement a program to remove migrants who are primarily dependent on welfare without contributing economically. This will include EU nationals who fail to integrate or sustain long-term employment.

  • Targeting EU Welfare Migrants: Work with the EU to repatriate welfare migrants who are economically inactive. This policy will ensure that Irish welfare resources are preserved for contributing Irish citizens.

  • Repatriation of Refugees Post-Conflict: Refugees granted temporary protection will be repatriated when it is safe to do so. Ireland will no longer grant permanent residency or citizenship to refugees unless under exceptional circumstances.

6. Stronger Border Controls

  • Enhanced Border Security: Invest heavily in border controls using advanced surveillance technologies and increased staffing to monitor illegal crossings and visa overstayers.

  • Renegotiate EU Free Movement: Seek reforms to limit free movement within the EU, ensuring that Ireland retains control over its immigration policies and is not subject to mass migration pressures from other EU states.

7. Reducing Welfare Access for Non-Citizens

  • No Welfare for New Immigrants: Restrict all public welfare, housing, and free healthcare for new immigrants during their first five years of residency.

  • Stricter Family Reunification: Family reunification will be limited and granted only after a sponsor has lived in Ireland for an extended period, has integrated fully, and can prove financial stability. No reunification for extended family.

8. Defunding NGOs Promoting Mass Migration

  • End Funding for Pro-Migration NGOs: Immediately defund NGOs that advocate for mass migration policies and remove them from government policy-making processes.

  • Banning NGO Influence: These organisations will be prohibited from influencing Irish immigration policy decisions, ensuring that immigration policies reflect the interests of Irish citizens, not external or ideological pressures.

9. Prioritising Irish Diaspora

  • Irish Diaspora Return Programs: Create special programs to encourage the return of Irish citizens and descendants living abroad. These initiatives will include tax breaks, housing support, and integration assistance to ensure a smooth return to Irish society.

  • Assisting the Irish Diaspora in Crisis: Prioritise offering asylum or temporary protection to members of the Irish diaspora or Europeans in distress, ensuring that Irish heritage and values are protected globally.

10. Safeguarding Irish Sovereignty

  • Opposition to Supranational Quotas: Firmly reject any EU-mandated migrant quotas or other international pressures that undermine Ireland’s right to control its borders and immigration policies.

  • Cooperation with Like-Minded Nations: Strengthen alliances with nations like Denmark and Austria to form an immigration control bloc within Europe, pushing back against mass migration policies imposed by the EU.

11. Upholding Irish Values and the Rule of Law

  • Respect for Irish Laws: Immigrants and asylum seekers will be required to respect Irish laws and institutions. Any individuals involved in criminal activity, radicalism, or attempts to undermine Irish law will be subject to immediate deportation.

  • No Religious or Cultural Exceptions: Enforce a strict separation of religion and law, ensuring that cultural or religious practices that conflict with Irish laws are not permitted.

Conclusion

With strengthened border security, a focus on integration, and a commitment to ending mass migration, this policy puts the interests of Irish People first, ensuring a prosperous and secure Ireland
